Welcome! Twelve years ago I was a young, impressionable teenager standing in a grocery store line, reading a magazine article about a couple that wasn't even a couple yet, on a soap I didn't watch. The next thing I knew I was taping every day, falling in love with Jack Deveraux and Jennifer Horton as they slowly, but surely, fell in love with each other, married and had their little bundle of joy, Abigail Johanna.
Their love story is unique, fun, enchanting and never boring thanks to fantastic writing and terrific performances by Matthew Ashford and Melissa Reeves. And yeah, yeah, yeah so most of us know they aren't the Deverauxes right now, but many of you who know me, also know that I live in either a constant state of denial or optimism so either way I look at it they will be Jack and Jennifer Deveraux again at some point in the future.
In the meantime there's fanfiction. That's what this site is for -- my fanfiction for Jack and Jennifer. I'm not going to tell you their histories, there's plenty of other sites on the web that do that far better than I ever could. In fact, I'll give you the links to most of them somewhere on here. What this site is about is my interepretations of how I would have liked to have seen them come back or little scenarios that might pop into my head on occasion. I hope you'll enjoy them.
